Treatment rooms are generous and the thermal suite is included for hotel guests. The treatment menu is broad rather than experimental. Treatments book out for weekends about two weeks ahead.

A 24-hour gym, well-equipped for a hotel of this size, with skyline views from the cardio section. Not a serious training space, but more than adequate for a short break.
Quiet spaces
Two quiet lounges off the thermal suite. The spa wing is adult-only (16+), which keeps it genuinely calm.
